1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Luméa application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Luméa is a menstrual cycle tracking application that allows users to:

• Track their menstrual cycle and symptoms
• Receive predictions about their next period and ovulation
• Set up personalized reminders (pill, etc.)
• Export their data for medical consultation

3. User Account

To use certain features of Luméa, you must create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Premium Subscription

Luméa offers a free version and a paid Premium version. The following conditions apply to subscriptions:

• Billing is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your platform
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies

Protecting your personal data is our priority. Please read our Privacy Policy.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Luméa is a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device. The information provided does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

7. Intellectual Property

The Luméa application, its content, design and code are the exclusive property of Flowrigin OÜ. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these terms, misuse or fraudulent use of the application.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flowrigin OÜ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
