Terms applicable to the use of the Lumea application and Lumea Premium subscription.

1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("T&Cs") govern the conditions of access to and use of the Lumea mobile application (hereinafter "the Application"), published by Flowrigin OÜ. By downloading, installing or using the Application, you unreservedly accept these T&Cs. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.
2. Access to the Application
Free access: The Application is available for free download on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android). Basic features are accessible without a subscription.
Premium offer: Advanced features are available via the Lumea Premium subscription, subject to these terms.
3. Pricing and Billing
The Lumea Premium subscription is offered at the prices shown in the App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in euros (or local currency depending on your country), inclusive of all taxes. Billing is managed exclusively by your device platform:
On iOS: via Apple App Store (Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, United States)
On Android: via Google Play Store (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States)
Flowrigin OÜ does not have access to your banking information. Any billing disputes must be addressed directly to Apple or Google.
4. Premium Subscription — Duration and Renewal
The subscription is offered on a monthly or annual basis depending on the options available in the Store.
Renouvellement : Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Résiliation : Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Période d'essai : Trial period: If a free trial period is offered, it can only be used once per user.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By subscribing to Lumea Premium and immediately accessing the features, you expressly acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective policies:
Flowrigin OÜ does not process refunds directly. In case of a proven technical issue, we commit to working with the stores to facilitate your refund.
7. Liability
Lumea is a personal tracking tool and does not constitute a medical device. The information provided does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. Flowrigin OÜ disclaims all liability for medical decisions made based on Application data. In case of doubt or health issues, consult a doctor.
8. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Your health data is stored locally on your device and is not sold to third parties. Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to T&Cs
Flowrigin OÜ reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication in the Application. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of an unresolved dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction. In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may also use consumer mediation. Competent mediator: CM2C — www.cm2c.net
